They're currently in need of a Technical Support professional to join them in the Customer Support team with responsibility for being the initial support contact to inbound technical support cases from clients and partners, andoutlet ugg boots outlet ugg boots outlet ugg boots also to be the internal administrator for the local IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Providing timely & consistent technical solutions to external customers & third parties based on service level agreements. Providing technical support in line with escalation timeframes delivered through a documented technical plan of action and concluded with a written root cause analysis. Developing strong customer relationships through direct communication with customers or third parties to achieve highest levels of customer satisfaction. Where possible to deliver proactive & preventative customer support activities. Working collaboratively with other teams within the company (including Products, Client Services & Sales) to achieve a high degree of internal and external satisfaction.
Skills/Qualifications/Experience Required:

The ideal person for this role will be at ease providing high quality technical support for applications in a remote technical environment. You will need to be an AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN due to the nature of the Government organisations you will be dealing with. Any experience of working with Government departments is also therefore desirable. You will need to be a charismatic team player that enjoys challenges to resolve complex technical issues in the simplest and most effective manner. You'll need to be competent at communicating technical plans of action to customers or third parties and should be available to work all hours to ensure a mission critical system is returned to operation in the shortest possible timeframe. And you'll must be able to demonstrate clear thinking under pressure and communication skills that will ensure confidence in the company is maintained. Perhaps most importantly, you must be able to create and maintain a positive, high-energy environment that fosters mutual trust, respect and a commitment to the team itself. Technical knowledge that is highly desirable:
SQL Server (T-SQL also), Oracle & My-SQL skills, Remote access technologies such as Citrix or N3, Microsoft Dynamics, VB, C# and ASP.net, IIS and Adobe Flex.
